Hello and Welcome to Healing Vibes - a private studio catering to the best in therapeutic massage &  bodywork.  If you look over my services you will find a variety of styles and techniques which can help you find relief from pain and obtain deep relaxation.  From LED light therapy to cupping and focused muscle release techniques I have an interesting assortment of modalities to help you obtain results.  As a dual licensed massage therapist and esthetician I also have offer a few facials which focus on bringing balance to the microbiome of your epidermis - improving the muscle tone of the face - and correcting any imbalances.  My goal is to offer you a custom curated array of massage services and wellness enhancements - such as steam canopy and private SOLO sauna pod to get you from where you are to where you want to BE.  Thank you for reading and please reach out with any questions by phone or send me a text message or email.   

Self care is the current buzz word right now.  But in its essence, self care is showing up for yourself so you can show up for others.  We all have busy lives today, with multiple hats that we put on and off all throughout the day - But let's not forget ourself.   When we give to ourselves, whether its quiet time to read a book, for a walk, take bath or get a massage or facial we are filling an invisible bucket that only we can feel.  When that bucket is full and pouring over we are radiating with true self love and are in a position to help those around us.

My office is located in the Hilltop section of Virginia Beach in the Heritage Park Office Park Complex, 915 First Colonial Road, Suite 200, second floor, side entrance.  For you convenience, you may pay in cash, credit, Square, card payment apps (Venmo, Cashapp) and Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account credit cards!  There is no better time than the present to take care of yourself.
