CBD & Cupping Therapy Massage - The Works!

The Works Massage is a most popular massage and is a fusion of modern and ancient modalities that are proven to work.  You will receive a customized massage with medicinal grade CBD (hemp) oil, myofascial cupping therapy and the application of LED light therapy (light therapy in 90 minute session only).  If you are not able to receive CBD then an amazing Arnica and St. Johns Wart Oil will be used or your choice of gemstone aromatherapy oil.  Throughout the duration of the massage, himalayan salt stones will assist in warming the muscles and underlying fascia while myofascial release techniques are used.  At various places in the body therapeutic cupping will be performed to lift the tight fascia and loosen stagnant scar tissue.  Afterwards you will feel an immediate reduction in pain and tension.  

Detox body scrub and herbal steam session

Our lymphatic system is responsible for flushing out microdebris from our muscles, joints and organs and cells.  When our body is not running optimally or we have had a recent illness or surgery we can see and feel that something is "off" , a lymphatic reboot is the perfect choice as standalone treatment or in conjunction with a massage.  

Your session with start off with gentle body brushing to stimulate the lymph nodes and follows with lymphatic massage on the abdomen, legs and arms to open the detox pathways of the lymphatic system.  A full body himalayan salt scrub follows with the application of ISUN's nourishing and hydrating avocado body butter.   The treatment concludes with a private steam canopy session with herbs of your choice (See enhancement page for herbal choices).  While you are steaming face acupressure and a thorough scalp massage are performed.  Leave feelings light, clean and blissfully alive. 

Chakra Rebalancing Massage and Sound Bowl Therapy

This treatment takes you deeper into relaxation then a traditional massage with the use of crystal sound bowls throughout the treatment.  I use 5 specialized herbalized oils which are custom crafted to correspond with the 7 energy regions or chakras of the body.  Warmed salt stones and gemstones are used to warm the muscles and provide an energetic rebalance.  You will experience a private sound bowl journey throughout the massage as the crystal bowls are played around you and placed on you.   As you experience waves of sound your mind will be at bliss allowing deep seated muscle tension to melt away with the massage.  You will leave with a higher awareness of your surroundings and in a deeper state of physical relaxation.  

Pregnancy Massage Journey

A 90 minute retreat that includes a customized full body massage to soothe the aches and growing pains of pregnancy tailored to your specifications, a choice of either a blissful foot massage or a grounding scalp masage with ISUN scalp serum and a warm head wrap and concludes with a jomini facial which includes a cleanse, exfoliation, mask and thorough face massage.  You have a choice of side lying or on a specially designed pregnancy support pillow. 

Postpartum Rejuvenating Massage

This massage session was created to assist in helping the lymphatic system flush out the metabolic by products from pregnancy and delivery.  The postpartum stage begins from the day of delivery to approximately 90 days thereafter.   The session starts with a thorough body brushing with special mitts and a lymph brush.  Next is a full body massage including attention to the abdomen and encouraging movement back to the heart and abdomen assist in reducing excess fluid and water retention.  A castor oil pack will be applied to soften fascia and muscles of the abdomen.  The final component is a session in the steam canopy tent which consist of herbs to detox and rejuvenate the body.  The result is a deep feeling of bliss and peace.  Physically you will feel lighter and more energized. 

Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage and Shirodhara scalp treatment

Abhyanga translates as Massage in Sanskrit which is a sacred language originating in India.  This treatment begins with dry brushing of the entire body to gently awaken the lymphatic system.  Then warm herbal Mahanrayan oil is applied over the entire body using rhythmic strokes to release tension and stress in the physical and emotional bodies and to increase detoxification of lactic acid and metabolic waste in the muscles.  Immediately following the massage, we begin the Shirodhara which translates as head and flow in Sanskrit.  Warmed oil is gently streamed over the forehead and scalp.  The gentle rhythm of the flowing oil allows the mind to completely decompress and will bring you to a state of deep bliss.  While you are relaxing and blissful a private steam canopy with herablized steam will lay over you -- allowing you to sweat out the yuck.  You will leave feeling alive and rejuvenated.  

Rejevenating Gua Sha Stone & Cupping Facial

This is the perfect anti aging treatment to assist in cellular renewal and rejuvenation.  A combination of eastern facial rejuvenation techniques including warm and cool gemstones, gua sha for increasing the movement of lymph in the face and facial cupping to assist in recontouring the facial muscles are combined with CELLUMA LED light therapy and ISUN organic and wildcrafted skin care.  The result is beautiful and radiant skin that feels plump, firm and rejuvenated.

Rejuvenating Reflexology

Experience total bliss with an entire session devoted to the reflex points on your hands and feet.  We begin with body brushing of the lower limbs to gently awaken the lymphatic system to assist in removal of metabolic wastes after the session.  Full reflexology on the hands and feet are performed and with the addition of warm stones and warm towels and a specialized herbal oil to invoke an immediate relaxation of the nervous system.   Leave feeling completely rejuvenated and pampered.

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is an extremely gentle, non invasive healing technique that is based on applying very light pressure (no more than the weight of a nickle) to the head, neck and spine.  Gently decompressing these areas can improve the flow of cerebral spinal fluid between the head and the sacrum and release muscle tension in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.  By releasing tension and "hot spots" that block the gentle movement of fluid, the brain and nervous system have an opportunity to relax and deep healing can take place.  This type of therapy is perfect for pain related to trauma, old automobile accidents and chronic headaches.  

Sauna Session with Chromotherapy from Sunlighten

Experience the health benefits of an infrared sauna in private and personalized SOLO sauna pod by Sunlighten.  A leader in the sauna industry, the SOLO sauna pod has a same specifications and infrared therapy benefits as a traditional sit-in sauna but with ultra low EMF levels (lowest in the industry) and the ability to lay down with your head out to enable you to have a longer sauna session with greater post session benefits.  In addition, the SOLO sauna pod has Chromotherapy - color therapy - which is uses the healing benefits of the various light waves of certain colors to improve the health and vitality of the human body.   

Your session is your own private time - listen to a podcast, book or music during your sweat therapy session.  The 60 minutes includes a 30 minute sauna session and with 15 minutes to prepare for the session and 15 minutes to cool down.  A cool aromatherapy face wrap is also provided to enhance your sauna experience.  

Herbal Steam Cleanse

Add a refreshing steam session at the end of your massage.   While you remain on the massage table a steam tent will be placed over you as you relax and steam for 25 minutes with the herbal combination of your choice combined with a combination of magnesium and Himalayan salts to remineralize the skin.
