Healing Vibes Customized Massage
A complete reboot for the body, mind and spirit. A variety of massage therapy techniques are used which are both relaxing and energizing. Your muscles will start to decompress with rhythmic strokes in a pressure that is comfortable for you. Therapeutic and muscle warming Himalayan salt stones incorporated where needed as well as manipulation and stretching of the limbs to release muscle tension and soften long standing adhesions and scar tissue which contribute to muscle tightness and pain. Immediate benefits are increased flexibility and decreased muscle pain and tightness and an increase in circulation and lymphatic flow. The 90 minute session includes a CELLUMA LED light therapy session targeting your area of pain and discomfort. LED light therapy benefits include reduced pain and inflammation and an increase in healing.
CBD & Cupping Therapy Massage - The Works!
The Works Massage is a most popular massage and is a fusion of modern and ancient modalities that are proven to work. You will receive a customized massage with medicinal grade CBD (hemp) oil, myofascial cupping therapy and the application of LED light therapy (light therapy in 90 minute session only). If you are not able to receive CBD then an amazing Arnica and St. Johns Wart Oil will be used or your choice of gemstone aromatherapy oil. Throughout the duration of the massage, himalayan salt stones will assist in warming the muscles and underlying fascia while myofascial release techniques are used. At various places in the body therapeutic cupping will be performed to lift the tight fascia and loosen stagnant scar tissue. Afterwards you will feel an immediate reduction in pain and tension.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. What mommy to be feels - so does baby feel. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. You will be positioned either lying on your side or using a orthopedic pregnancy support pillow what allows you to lay safely on your tummy for a brief time. My massage table is also adjustable to enable you to sit more upright when on your back. The benefits of regular massage during pregnancy are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation. These benefits are also passed along to your baby. Because massage increases the parasympathetic system which puts our body in a deep state of relaxation, these feelings of calm and bliss transfer directly to our precious little one each time we pamper ourselves with a massage session.
Postpartum Rejuvenating Massage
This massage session was created to assist in helping the lymphatic system flush out the metabolic by products from pregnancy and delivery. The postpartum stage begins from the day of delivery to approximately 90 days thereafter. The session starts with a thorough body brushing with special mitts and a lymph brush. Next is a full body massage including attention to the abdomen and encouraging movement back to the heart and abdomen assist in reducing excess fluid and water retention. A castor oil pack will be applied to soften fascia and muscles of the abdomen. The final component is a session in the steam canopy tent which consist of herbs to detox and rejuvenate the body. The result is a deep feeling of bliss and peace. Physically you will feel lighter and more energized.
Chakra Rebalancing Massage and Sound Bowl Therapy
This treatment takes you deeper into relaxation then a traditional massage with the use of crystal sound bowls throughout the treatment. I use 5 specialized herbalized oils which are custom crafted to correspond with the 7 energy regions or chakras of the body. Warmed salt stones and gemstones are used to warm the muscles and provide an energetic rebalance. You will experience a private sound bowl journey throughout the massage as the crystal bowls are played around you and placed on you. As you experience waves of sound your mind will be at bliss allowing deep seated muscle tension to melt away with the massage. You will leave with a higher awareness of your surroundings and in a deeper state of physical relaxation.
Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage and Shirodhara scalp treatment
Abhyanga translates as Massage in Sanskrit which is a sacred language originating in India. This treatment begins with dry brushing of the entire body to gently awaken the lymphatic system. Then warm herbal Mahanrayan oil is applied over the entire body using rhythmic strokes to release tension and stress in the physical and emotional bodies and to increase detoxification of lactic acid and metabolic waste in the muscles. Immediately following the massage, we begin the Shirodhara which translates as head and flow in Sanskrit. Warmed oil is gently streamed over the forehead and scalp. The gentle rhythm of the flowing oil allows the mind to completely decompress and will bring you to a state of deep bliss. While you are relaxing and blissful a private steam canopy with herablized steam will lay over you -- allowing you to sweat out the yuck. You will leave feeling alive and rejuvenated.
Ayurvedic Massage
This massage called an Abyhanga in Indian Sanskrit uses rhythmic strokes and specialized herbal oils to allow the thinking mind to relax thus allowing deeper relaxation of the physical body. The pressure can be customized to be as light or deep as you would like. Your muscle concerns will be addressed as well. This massage includes work on the abdomen/stomach, face and scalp.
Garshana - Ayurvedic Lymphatic Skin Brushing & Steam Canopy
Our lymphatic system is responsible for flushing out microdebris from our muscles, joints and organs and cells. When our body is not running optimally or we have had a recent illness or surgery we can see and feel that something is "off" , a lymphatic reboot is the perfect choice as standalone treatment or in conjunction with a massage. Our session will start off with a thorough sequenced body brushing session with special mitts to increase lymphatic flow and provide a gentle exfoliation to the skin. Next, areas of muscle and lymph congestion will receive an application of a lymph salve and your feet will be scrubbed with a combination of fresh lemon and sea salt to enhance the detoxification process. As you sweat in a cocoon of steam from the steam canopy a refreshing aromatherapy face wrap will keep your head and face cool. This will allow you to steam longer and you will leave the steam experience refreshed and not depleted.
Medical Massage with LED Light therapy treatment
We begin with a thorough intake and a review of any documentation by your medical provider(s). Medical massage is a treatment focused massage where a specific area of concern is addressed. Sound Bath Immersion
Bathe your body in the vibrations of sound therapy and the healing energy of Reiki. A personal and unique healing environment is created using a variety of sound healing instruments such as Quartz Crystal Bowls, chimes and rattles to support you during your journey session. This accessible restorative practice uses the power of sound, intention and silence to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system to recalibrate it back it its zero point of neutral - similar to when we were in the womb. The sound bath creates a safe space for empowered rest and self-inquiry. The treatment will take place with you fully clothed.
Customized Cleansing Facial with LED light
This is a thorough and rebalancing facial which will have your skin feeling alive and radiant. I work with the highly rated skincare brand ISUN which is handcrafted in Colorado and uses wildcrafted and organic herbs and peptides to awaken the natural vitailty within the skin. We will start off with a cleanse and double exfoliation followed by a relaxing steam to the gently open the pores for extraction of any impurities. A calming and tension relieving face massage followed by a skin specific treatment mask. LED light therapy with the CELLUMA for skin rejuvenation or acne finishes off the treatment.
Rejevenating Gua Sha Stone & Cupping Facial
This is the perfect anti aging treatment to assist in cellular renewal and rejuvenation. A combination of eastern facial rejuvenation techniques including warm and cool gemstones, gua sha for increasing the movement of lymph in the face and facial cupping to assist in recontouring the facial muscles are combined with CELLUMA LED light therapy and ISUN organic and wildcrafted skin care. The result is beautiful and radiant skin that feels plump, firm and rejuvenated.
Teen/Tween Facial
The teen/ tween years bring forth alot of changes physically and emotionally. It is also a time when youth are paying close attention to themselves and their peers. This is a perfect time to develop a self care routine which includes skin care. This facial will focus on balancing the skin and eliminating any congestion that develops into breakouts. After a thorough skin examination the face will be cleansed and exfoliated. Next will follow steam therapy to loosen any congestion and prepare the face for extractions. A mask will be applied to calm and heal the skin. Your special person will feel pampered, empowered and educated to start on a path of healthy skin self care.
Rejuvenating Reflexology
Experience total bliss with an entire session devoted to the reflex points on your hands and feet. We begin with body brushing of the lower limbs to gently awaken the lymphatic system to assist in removal of metabolic wastes after the session. Full reflexology on the hands and feet are performed and with the addition of warm stones and warm towels and a specialized herbal oil to invoke an immediate relaxation of the nervous system. Leave feeling completely rejuvenated and pampered.
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is an extremely gentle, non invasive healing technique that is based on applying very light pressure (no more than the weight of a nickle) to the head, neck and spine. Gently decompressing these areas can improve the flow of cerebral spinal fluid between the head and the sacrum and release muscle tension in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. By releasing tension and "hot spots" that block the gentle movement of fluid, the brain and nervous system have an opportunity to relax and deep healing can take place. This type of therapy is perfect for pain related to trauma, old automobile accidents and chronic headaches.
Children's Crainial Sacral Therapy
Children are constantly bumping and bruising themselves. Children are also prone to more head injuries whether in sports or active play. Any head injury causes scar tissue and adhesions to form along the fascia of the skull. As these scars heal they pull and block the flow of cerebral spinal fluid. This can lead to increased hyperactivity, loss of focus and attention as well as mood and personality changes. The childhood years are also when children receive orthodontic work and braces. The micro pulling of the braces causes the teeth to shift into a beautiful smile but can also cause the lower portion of the face and jaw to go off balance. This can cause headaches, pain when chewing as well as loss of focus and attention. Your child will remain completely in their clothes and a parent must be present in the room when receiving treatment.
